Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Artículos
Movement and Development of Pedagogy and Physical Education is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering all fields of Education and Pedagogy. It accepts papers with transdisciplinary approaches to understanding educational phenomena in a national, regional and global context, including cultural, gender and diversity studies.
This publication is aimed at experts in the educational and pedagogical areas, teachers, and graduate students in the areas of education, social sciences and humanities.
It is published in digital format in open access mode. It accepts articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese that have not been published in other journals. There is no charge for publishing. It is governed by the diamond route.
All articles submitted and that comply with the journal's standards are subject to double-blind peer review by evaluators, who will take into account the quality of the content; originality; presentation and structure; quality and timeliness of the bibliographical references and compliance with ethical principles.
Publication frequency: articles are received for evaluation throughout the year. This is a constant publication that is divided into two biannual issues (January-June and July-December).
Publishing institution and funding model: Movimiento y Desarrollo de la Pedagogía y Educación Física is owned and funded by the Corporación Universitaria Latinoamericana, a non-profit higher education institution.
This journal does not charge its authors for the processing of their manuscripts (Article Processing Charge - APC), but it does expect them to actively participate in the processes and to work cooperatively for the wider dissemination and dissemination of their articles.
Marketing policy: Movimiento y Desarrollo de la Pedagogía y Educación Física does not carry out any type of marketing through emails, telemarketing or direct advertising to authors or calls for articles. The journal does not use any type of marketing for promotion or communication sent directly to authors or companies in order to receive articles.
The journal believes in authentic research and the validity granted by the peer review process.

Movimiento y Desarrollo de la Pedagogía y Educación Física is an open access digital journal, focused on advancing knowledge and understanding of educational phenomena related to pedagogy and physical education. Our journal promotes research that addresses transdisciplinary perspectives and encourages a comprehensive approach to the study of physical education, including cultural, gender and diversity dimensions.

Our mission is to be a leading medium in the dissemination of high-quality research and academic discussions that enrich and transform the practice of physical education and pedagogy worldwide.
Target Audience
We direct our editorial efforts to researchers, teachers, teacher trainers and graduate students in areas such as education, pedagogy, social sciences and humanities. In addition, we seek to reach physical education professionals interested in expanding their knowledge and applying new pedagogical strategies in their daily practice.
Publication Languages
The journal accepts articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese, which broadens our reach and diversity, facilitating the exchange of knowledge between academic communities from different regions of the world.
Review Process
Submitted articles are evaluated through a rigorous peer review process under a double-blind system, ensuring the objectivity and scientific quality of the publications. Our arbitration committee is composed of recognized experts in the areas of pedagogy and physical education, guaranteeing a thorough and constructive analysis of each manuscript.
Publication Frequency
Movimiento y Desarrollo de la Pedagogía y Educación Física publishes two issues per year, in the periods of January-June and July-December. Manuscript submission is open throughout the year, allowing for a continuous reception and evaluation of relevant contributions.
Open Access
As part of our commitment to the dissemination of knowledge, the journal operates under the open access model, allowing readers from all over the world to access all our content free of charge. There are no fees charged for publication, maintaining accessibility and encouraging wide distribution of the work.
Invitation to Contribute
We invite the academic community to submit their works that address innovative and relevant topics within the fields of pedagogy and physical education. We seek contributions that challenge conventional approaches and propose new perspectives and methodologies in teaching and learning.
