PROPUESTA PEDAGÓGICA PARA TRANSFORMAR LA FORMACIÓN DEPORTIVA EVITANDO SU EXPLOTACION: ESCUELA JUEGO LIMPIO CANDELARIA SOLEDAD
Resumen
El presente estudio abarca la necesidad de una transformación en la formación deportiva, llevando la implementación de esta a la escuela de futbol “Juego Limpio” para garantizar que el deporte en el aspecto formativo se desarrolle con base en las necesidades de los niños, evitando con esto la explotación deportiva. La cual hoy en día se da a conocer en diversas facetas, desde una mala educación por parte de entrenadores y padres hasta malas conductas y directrices desfavorables que producen desmotivación en los jóvenes deportistas.
Para el control de todo esto y un mejor desarrollo deportivo, se propuso una propuesta pedagógica que establece un orden psicológico, socioemocional y motriz, los cuales abarcan un aspecto integral que promueve la reflexión tanto en la vida del niño como en la de sus mayores.
El desarrollo de esta propuesta le hizo frente a la explotación deportiva utilizando como método una encuesta tipo Likert para dar a conocer los puntos de vista de 14 niños de la escuela en cuanto a las enseñanzas deportivas recibidas y una entrevista semiestructurada aplicada a 2 entrenadores y 9 padres de familia con el fin de interpretar sus posturas frente a esta problemática, lo cual dio como resultado que dicha explotación sigue estando presente aun en el tiempo actual y que estrategias como la aplicación de movimiento y los valores, la comunicación asertiva entre entrenador-deportista y el apoyo eficiente de los padres en el proceso formativo deportivo son de gran impacto para instruir deportistas de bien.
