Abstract

Objective: To analyze emerging management trends associated with artificial intelligence and sustainable organizational innovation in Latin America, identifying conceptual approaches, thematic patterns, and strategic challenges arising from the integration of smart technologies into organizations in emerging economies. Methodology: The research was conducted using a qualitative approach based on a narrative review and conceptual analysis. A systematic review of recent scientific literature was conducted, drawing from indexed journals specializing in administrative sciences, technology management, organizational innovation, and digital transformation, covering both Latin American and international contexts. Results and conclusions: The results revealed a growing convergence between artificial intelligence, sustainability, and organizational innovation models, particularly in smart manufacturing, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. It is concluded that Latin American organizations are transitioning toward smart models based on data and adaptive automation, although challenges persist regarding technological infrastructure, digital divides, and ethical frameworks for the responsible use of AI.
